THIS POSITION IS FOR WEEKENDS ONLY

Emerge Living, LLC provides homes for people who seek healing from addiction, mental illnesses, and/or co-occurring disorders. Our mission is to give adults the tools to continue recovery, sustain, and live an alcohol and drug-free life while improving their mental and behavioral health.

The Emerge Living Security Guard will be under the direct supervision of the Recovery Residence Director. The employee must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Must be at least 18 years old Supervise and Monitor all cameras Conduct hourly room checks on both the Men's Recovery Residence house Document hourly room check log to be sure Residence are present Monitor the grounds for security and safety issues Address any after hours mental and medical issues that arise and notify the Director of all concerns Protect Residence for any intruders or unwanted guest Assure that Men's residences are locked and secured Respond to alarms Conduct written reports on all incidents that occur outside of normal operations Ability to handle crisis situations at the residence site, calmly and efficiently Transport Residents as needed Have intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
