Duties

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide detailed reports on incidents.
- Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential disturbances or confrontations.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or fraud attempts and taking appropriate action.

Experience

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
