As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and interact with tenants and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.
• Follow all instructions and protocols provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response efforts, including evacuations and/or medical incidents, as directed by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
