As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations related to the transportation environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any irregular conditions or potential hazards found during patrols within the transportation location.
• Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and/or concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of observations, incidents, and any actions taken during the shift as directed by site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
