As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at this retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall environment, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure atmosphere.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
• Support access control processes by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying authorization of individuals as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding individuals and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to provide a sense of security-related support for patrons, tenants, and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
