Position Overview: Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all company facilities and assets. This role involves monitoring and patrolling company premises, managing access points, and responding to security incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol company premises and designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles.
Inspect and monitor access points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs.
Ensure the security of the company's fleet, including trucks and trailers, by conducting regular inspections.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activity.
Maintain security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems, ensuring they are operational.
Report any security breaches, incidents, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, observations, and any incidents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and act efficiently during emergencies.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and cover open shifts as needed.

Base salary range of $17 per hour
