Job Description

The Corporate Security & Executive Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and operational protection of Roll-N-Sweetz leadership, assets, and brand presence during public appearances, store openings, and company events. This role combines professional security discipline with the discretion and precision required in executive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal protection for the CEO and executive leadership during public and private appearances. Oversee security logistics for store openings, media events, and travel itineraries. Conduct advance assessments of venues and routes to ensure safe movement and asset transfer. Safeguard company property, product shipments, and on-site cash handling during operations. Coordinate with local authorities, event teams, and internal management to maintain smooth, secure operations. Maintain a calm, professional presence in all high-traffic or high-visibility situations.
Ideal Candidate:

Background in executive protection, law enforcement, or private security. Physically fit, alert, and capable of handling both visible and discreet security duties. Strong situational awareness, confidentiality, and loyalty to the brand mission. Capable of traveling and adjusting to dynamic business schedules and environments.
