What You'll Do:

Ensure safety and security of the courthouse facility, staff, and visitors Monitor designated areas and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity Respond to emergencies or incidents calmly and professionally Conduct regular inspections and report safety concerns Maintain detailed, accurate incident reports Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Must be

21 years or older

Current

Level 2 Guard License

required Minimum

3 years of security experience

Must be able to pass a

background check

through the courthouse Must pass a

drug screening

High school diploma or GED

preferred Valid

New Mexico Driver's License

preferred Strong attention to detail and judgment in high-pressure situations Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills
