As a key protector of our premises, you will utilize your skills in law enforcement principles, first aid, and CCTV monitoring to ensure safety and security at all times. We work in a lot of different places across NH, VT, and MA . From Baseball games to car races, collages to manufacturing companies, tons of fun one off events, and continuing to grow. Must be able to work over night shifts!!!!

Responsibilities

Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent loss or theft Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or security breaches Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees Enforce safety protocols and conflict management procedures to de-escalate tense situations effectively Document all security activities through detailed reports and incident logs Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism

Qualifications

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable but willing to train the right people NH Security Guard card preferred, or willing to get. You can google requirements Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies are also trainable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to perform physical duties such as patrolling on foot or standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety regulations
