Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond to incidents with professionalism and composure.

Duties

Deterrence, Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential threats. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises. Provide assistance during conflicts or emergencies using conflict management techniques. Document incidents and prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in security preferred. Valid security certificate or relevant training in security practices. Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
