Responsibilities

Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance patrols to identify suspicious activity or safety hazards. Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies requiring CPR or first aid. Enforce loss prevention policies by deterring theft and unauthorized access. Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and analysis. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and conflict management techniques. Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
