What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and provide a visible security-related presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents to management and/or law enforcement as required.
• Assist in access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification when necessary.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff during routine operations and/or emergencies.
• Complete required documentation and/or incident reports related to security-related matters in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
