Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, and responding to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity Respond promptly to security incidents, including thefts, accidents, or disturbances Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to resolve security issues Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues

Job Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Valid Security Guard certificate/license Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively Proficient in surveillance techniques Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies or high-pressure situations Familiarity with basic first aid and CPR procedures
