Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities, enforcing safety protocols, and responding promptly to incidents. This role requires a professional with strong observation skills, conflict management abilities, and relevant security experience to maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to observe activity and ensure safety compliance Enforce security policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing appropriate action or escalation Assist with conflict management and de-escalation techniques during disputes or disturbances Provide first aid or CPR when necessary until emergency services arrive Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities and security breaches Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations of visitors and staff Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during investigations or emergencies

Experience

Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is highly desirable Certification in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training is preferred Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention strategies is advantageous Proven ability to handle conflict management situations professionally and effectively Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail in monitoring environments Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly during emergencies
