Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Duties
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises. Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs/de-escalate of problematic scenarios. Respond promptly to employee requests for assistance and investigate disturbances. Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all individuals on the premises. Document daily activities, incidents, and any maintenance issues in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for loss prevention or conflict management.
Experience
Previous experience in law enforcement/military or loss prevention is highly desirable. Experience in conflict management techniques will be beneficial in handling challenging situations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
