Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate situations. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with conflict management strategies. Military background is advantageous but not required. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
