888 Security Services is seeking
experienced and reliable Security Guards
to join our team for nightclub and late-night venue coverage. We are looking for professionals who can maintain a safe, controlled, and respectful environment while representing our company with integrity.Requirements:
Proven experience working
security in nightclubs, bars, lounges, or high-volume nightlife venues
Valid New York State Security Guard License Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills Ability to remain professional, alert, and calm in high-pressure situations Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Prior experience with crowd control, ID checks, and incident reporting highly preferred*Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and property Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd flow Check IDs and enforce venue policies De-escalate conflicts professionally Document incidents clearly and accurately Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
