Duties

Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or potential threats. Control access to the premises by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct routine patrols of the facility to identify hazards, ensure safety protocols are followed, and prevent theft or vandalism. Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans. Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
