We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Agent will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing losses, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

This role will be one shift every Saturday, from 8:30 PM-2:30 AM.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate potential threats or disturbances. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing corrective measures. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as required during emergencies. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and monitoring equipment is advantageous. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in militarized environments or training is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
