The Messenger is responsible for interfacing with customers, organizing cargo & paperwork, handling any delivery issues with dispatch, and handling any customer payment issues with dispatch, notify customers prior to arrival, constant communication with dispatch during daily delivery activities

Reports To:

Field Team Dispatch/Routing Manager, Director of Operations as necessary.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, some Saturdays as necessary.

Responsibilities & Duties

Interfacing with Customers Organizing cargo & paperwork Handling any delivery issues with dispatch Handling any customer payment issues with dispatch Notify customers prior to arrival Constant communication with dispatch during daily delivery activities

Qualifications & Skills:

1 + years METRC Experience

1-2 years of Cash-In-Transit Experience

Superior Customer Service Skills

Excellent Organizational Skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Additional Requirements:

Must be 21+

Must not be employed by any other cannabis company.

Must not have been convicted of a felony in the last 5 years

Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving a controlled substance in the last 5 years
