Job Description

ITC is seeking a Secure Facilities Site Security Manager to oversee SCIF and SAPF facility security compliance at Creech AFB.

Responsibilities

- Serve as primary physical security manager for SCIF/SAPF construction.

- Develop and implement Construction Security Plans (CSP).

- Conduct security inspections and document compliance findings.

- Coordinate with DIA, SAPCO, and installation security authorities.

- Oversee acoustic and RF testing for secure spaces.

- Maintain accreditation documentation and access control procedures.

Qualifications

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Active TS/SCI clearance required.

- 10+ years of relevant security experience including SCIF/SAPF construction.

- 3+ years of direct ICD-705 project experience.

- Completion of SSM, CST, SCIF/SAPF, and TEMPEST/RF training certifications.

- Knowledge of DoD, ICD/ICS security standards.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $72,000 - $84,000 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 13 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.

This is a funded, immediately available position under ITC's 432nd Civil Engineering Flight Support program (approved 12 Nov 2025).
