Sector Leader ? Hospitality Interior Design | Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role
Location: Major City in Eastern or Central U.S. | Remote Working in the United States
We?re hiring for our client ? a national design and procurement firm redefining how hospitality environments are imagined, built, and delivered. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Hospitality Division as Sector Leader ? Hospitality Interior Design, reporting directly to the CEO. You?ll oversee the full P&L for the Hospitality market, with a focus on select-service hotels, driving strategy, performance, and innovation across design, project management, procurement, and client experience.
About the Role: As the Head of Hospitality Markets, you?ll serve as both visionary and operator ? leading a cross-functional team of sales, design, and project management professionals to deliver seamless, high-quality hospitality environments. You?ll integrate business strategy with creative excellence, ensuring that every project meets brand standards, client expectations, and financial goals.

What You?ll Do
Lead and inspire the hospitality design and delivery teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest standard of quality.
Own the P&L for the hospitality sector, driving profitability through thoughtful pricing, fee structures, and efficient operations.
Establish and refine SOPs, building repeatable, scalable processes that ensure consistency from concept to installation and final accounting.
Foster client and brand relationships, serving as a trusted partner and problem-solver for hospitality owners, operators, and brand representatives.
Oversee procurement excellence, from vendor negotiations and quotation reviews to cost analysis and quality control.
Champion continuous improvement, driving collaboration across departments and elevating performance through innovation and best practices.
Conduct site visits and punch-list reviews to ensure adherence to design intent, brand standards, and overall project excellence.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting accountability, engagement, and professional growth across all disciplines.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality or commercial interior design, ideally leading select-service or full-service hotel projects.
Proven executive-level leadership with success guiding multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.
Strong financial acumen and experience delivering profitability against P&L objectives.
A strategic and innovative mindset ? balancing creativity with operational discipline.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across clients, teams, and leadership.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Proficiency in project management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
