The Role

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

The Healthcare/Sector Leader role is critical to the overall success of the Professional Search retained business in North America. This role will be responsible for further developing the overall market strategy to drive revenue and ensure execution excellence. The Sector Leader will work closely with our Korn Ferry Executive Search Leadership & Talent Consulting teams and colleagues to extend and grow our professional search brand and drive search revenue with both existing and new accounts within the North American region. The Sector Leader will provide market presence and thought leadership for the team executing on searches in North America. A skilled, full-life-cycle search professional, he/she will possess demonstrated forward-facing sales and business development abilities, strong team management skills and a solutions-based consultative approach to our professional services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with Executive Search on sales presentations/pitches and prospect and develop new business while having client care excellence with Marquee and key accounts
  • Manage hybrid and remote team of Managing Consultants, Senior Associates and Associates and interns
  • Realize opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives delivering to SLAs and KPIs
  • Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction
  • Provide timely updates to client management, stakeholders and/or executive sponsors
  • Manage and set strategic direction with clients through quarterly and annual reviews
  • Advise client on market trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action
  • Lead, design and implement talent acquisition solutions for this new client
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across Korn Ferry
  • Define and communicate individual and team metrics
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client
  • Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Inspire your team to attain goals and pursue excellence
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of senior leadership or director level experience within talent acquisition in a metrics driven environment
  • 8+ years of industry experience and must have Healthcare search experience preferably retained search engagement experience
  • 5+ years of proven success leading and motivating managers and change management
  • 5+ years of KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders
  • 5+ years of stakeholder management, influencing and utilizing negotiation skills
  • 5+ years of interacting with senior leadership/director level both written and verbally
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the minimum requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
