Looking for positive, mature, energetic and dependable individual proficient with computers for our In-Home Department Secretary position: Full time position with benefits in our Morrilton Office. Responsible for management of client records and assisting with caregiver records, processing weekly payroll, and maintaining data bases, assist with hiring and training of caregivers. Maintaining weekly log of admissions, terminations, suspensions, and hospitalizations concerning clients. Answering the phone and greet visitors. Maintain accurate and up to date filing of records. Be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Provide excellent customer service. Cross train to assist Aide Coordinator duties. Cover Aide Coordinator when out of office. Computer skills required.
