About this position:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Field Operations team by overseeing and executing a wide range of warehouse tasks and projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to product repairs, warehouse organization, facilities maintenance and improvements, and fleet operations such as vehicle cleaning, stocking, unloading, and shipment handling. You will be accountable for all activities within the warehouse during your shift and responsible for leading the Warehouse Associates and Support staff. Strong leadership and delegation skills are essential to succeed in this role. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager, who will provide daily tasks and direction.

April - Annual Planning and Goal Setting


We begin the fiscal year with strategic planning and goal setting. This period sets the foundation for a successful year ahead.

April - July - Off-Season Projects and Preparation


This time is dedicated to off-season initiatives including:

Warehouse organization and optimization. Product repairs and maintenance. Shipping and receiving. A wide range of general warehouse tasks.
These efforts ensure we're fully prepared for the upcoming installation season.

August - October - Lighting Installation Season Begins


During this period, your focus will shift to:

Pulling and preparing products for weekly installation jobs. Unloading and restocking products daily. Maintaining fleet cleanliness and order, reporting any issues (e.g., leaks or needed repairs) to the Warehouse Manager. Supporting increased shipping and receiving volume.

October - December - Decor Installation Season Begins


Lighting installations will continue, but decor installations become the primary focus. Responsibilities include:

Pulling and preparing products for weekly installation jobs. Unloading and restocking products daily. Maintaining fleet cleanliness and order, reporting any issues (e.g., leaks or needed repairs) to the Warehouse Manager. Supporting increased shipping and receiving volume. Safely and securely loading box trucks with decor products for job site delivery. Loading greenery and other items staged by the Production team.

December - January - Year-End Inventory and Take-Down Prep


Tasks during this time include:

Conducting a comprehensive year-end inventory. Reorganizing unused products. Assisting the Warehouse Manager with planning and staging for decor takedowns.

January - Decor Takedown Season Begins


You will support takedown operations by:

Loading trucks with materials and supplies for takedown. Assisting with unloading returned products. Organizing greenery for Production team quality control. Inventorying and restocking returned items.

January to March - Lighting Takedown and Off-Season Preparation


In the final stretch of the fiscal year, your focus will include:

Staging materials for takedown crews. Unloading and restocking all returned products. Continuing inventory efforts. Initiating prep-season projects.

Your success will be measured by the following:



Accurately fulfilling orders (i.e., pulling and staging products).

Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and yard (this includes various facilities repair and maintenance).

Effectively leading a team of 2-3 warehouse and field technicians.

Keeping close attention to detail.

Assisting the Warehouse Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory.

Stocking and organizing work trucks daily.

Qualifications needed:



Experience leading team of 2 or more.

Warehouse experience.

Forklift experience preferred.

Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds.

Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

Capable of standing and being on your feet for 6-12 hours per shift (based on seasonal demands)

Experience using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet on elevated platforms.

Valid driver's license with a clean 39-month driving record.

Must be able to pass a one-time pre-employment drug test (required for insurance purposes)

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse temperatures can range from 50F to over 90F, especially in the truck yard or containers during warmer months).

Compensation plan and benefits:



This is a salary position:

$21-$26

Eligible to participate in 401(K) with company match after the first 90 days.
