Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to every guest Assist with sales, merchandising, and restocking product displays Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Support store goals and contribute to a positive team environment Stay up to date on sports teams, leagues, and trends to help customers find what they love

What You Bring:

Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependability, attention to detail, and teamwork Ability to

lift up to 50 lbs

and

stand for extended periods

Passion for sports, hats, and helping customers look their best

Work Environment

Interacting regularly with customers, coworkers, and supervisors in a professional and friendly manner. Working in a retail sales floor, stockroom, and/or front counter area. Working under varying conditions including busy peak hours, weekends, holidays, and promotional events. Working with store approved music on and some occasional loud noises. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and health/safety regulations. Using point-of-sale (POS) systems and related technology efficiently and accurately.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent movement throughout the store involving standing, walking, bending or lifting for extended periods. Must be able to frequently climb ladders/step stools and reach overhead. Must be able to count cash properly and accurately including coins and bills. Frequent use of hands and arms for data entry, and POS use. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, carry merchandise, supplies and fixtures without assistance. Must be able to assist with materials or supplies as needed. Must be able to handle, stock, and organize merchandise both on the sales floor and back stock/storage areas. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written form. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus when reading digital or printed material.

Job Types: Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
