Location: Hammond, IL & Chrisman, IL (two positions available)
Start Date: Immediate
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our agronomy team as Seasonal Tank Fillers in Hammond, IL and Chrisman, IL. This role is essential to supporting daily operations during the busy seasons. The position involves hands-on work in crop production, facility operations, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Safely fill anhydrous ammonia tanks according to company policies and safety standards
Perform routine inspections to ensure tanks and hoses are in proper condition
Assist with yard and plant operations as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines
Qualifications
Previous agricultural or farm-related experience preferred but not required -- training provided
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license required
