We are seeking a friendly and proactive Seasonal Support Associate to join our retail team. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain attractive displays Assist with merchandising efforts to promote seasonal products and sales Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties Manage inventory levels through stocking and inventory checks Assist supervising team members during busy periods, ensuring smooth store operations Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to store policies

Skills

Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales practices Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor Experience in retail environments is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
