The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail, an ability to work in a teamwork environment and a commitment to providing the very best in customer service. Seasonal Associates will sell products and provide service to customers, so a successful applicant will also have strong communication skills, an ability to work on a team, as well as an interest in learning new skills. This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining brand standards
  • Learn and share product knowledge with customer
  • Maintain a consistent, positive customer experience
  • Build relationships with customer
  • Uphold the store\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance expectations through completion of the weekly cleaning tasks
  • Complete inventory tasks: checking in merchandise, steaming and tagging, completing accurate monthly and yearly inventory counts
  • Accurate cash handling and cashiering
  • Working cohesively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
Position will be evaluated based on: Sales goals, customer feedback, store cleanliness and efficiency of completing tasks Customer service: assist customers Passion for supporting small and local businesses: learn and share the story of brands with customers Shop Maintenance: weekly shop maintenance to maintain the shop standards Looking for an individual with availability for shifts on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:
