Overview

The Seasonal Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping jewelry orders for third-party clients using our internal inventory and shipping systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Use handheld scanning device or computer to access the inventory and shipping platform Accurately select jewelry items from designated bays and bins according to order details Inspect items for accuracy, completeness, and presentation before packaging Pack jewelry orders securely using appropriate materials and branded packaging Print and apply shipping labels through internal shipping software Maintain clean and organized pick and pack stations Perform regular cycle counts and help ensure inventory accuracy in assigned areas Communicate with team leads regarding stock issues, order discrepancies, or restock needs Assist with restocking, receiving, or other warehouse tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or 3PL environment Strong attention to detail, especially with small or delicate items Ability to follow written and digital instructions for order processing Comfortable using tablets, barcode scanners, and inventory software Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team Prior experience handling or shipping jewelry is a plus

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required Warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally Frequent bending, reaching, and use of fine motor skills for handling small products * Good visual acuity for reading product labels, order sheets, and digital screens
