Summary


The Seasonal Concierge plays a key role in creating memorable stays for our guests by offering personalized service, helpful recommendations, and accurate information about the resort and the Lake Tahoe region. This position supports the Front Office by assisting with dining reservations, activity planning, transportation arrangements, and general guest inquiries. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable guest service at all times Provide accurate information on resort services, amenities, hours of operation, and local attractions Assist guests with dining, spa, transportation, and activity reservations Maintain an up-to-date understanding of seasonal events, outdoor activities, and local vendors Handle guest requests promptly and follow through to ensure resolution Communicate effectively with Front Office, Bell/Valet, Spa, Recreation, and F&B teams Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area Support the Front Office with administrative tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications

Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred Strong knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area or willingness to learn quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and comfort using reservation and communication systems Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
