Job Title: Seasonal Concessions Supervisor
Reports To: Concessions Manager / Food & Beverage Director

Position Summary
The Seasonal Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of concession stands during events, ensuring excellent guest service, product quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and assisting with cash handling to deliver a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support concession staff during events, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening/closing registers and reconciling sales.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with inventory control, restocking, and minimizing waste.
Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, supplies, and operational needs.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food & beverage, concessions, or hospitality preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
Food safety certification (or ability to obtain).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
