We are urgently hiring

Seasonal Christmas Light Installers

for our busiest time of the year.

Position Overview

This is a

1099 subcontractor position

(not W-2 employment). You must understand what subcontracting involves and be prepared to work independently and professionally.

Work runs from:

November 1st through the 2nd week of December

(Installation Season)

One additional week in January

for takedowns (paid separately at a daily base rate)
This is a fast-paced, high-demand seasonal role ideal for individuals with

roofing, ladder, electrical, or handyman experience.

Compensation

Commission-based

-- paid per job completed Pay varies by project type and complexity

Basic Requirements

Must be able to

lift 90+ pounds

and safely carry ladders Must be

comfortable on roofs

, ladders, and working at heights

Valid Driver's License

and reliable transportation is required Must have your

own basic tools

, and

liability insurance

(required for all 1099 subcontractors) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Must be dependable, professional, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Experience (Not Required but Strongly Beneficial)

Roofing, gutter, or ladder-related work Electrical/low-voltage background (no license required) Handyman, construction, maintenance, or exterior cleaning background Comfort with measuring, basic wiring, and problem-solving
