Mouth Party Caramel is a local candy manufacturer that produces irresistible soft caramels. We were founded with a mission to give back and a portion of our profits are donated to cancer research and support services. Our caramel crew is a work hard while having fun atmosphere and we are looking to grow our team as the company grows!

Position Summary:

The

seasonal candy machine operator position

encompasses taking our caramel from cooked slabs to individually wrapped squares. Tasks include using various pieces of equipment to cut caramels, dip caramels in chocolate, and wrap caramels.

We are looking for hard-working, multi-tasking, detail oriented, self-motivated individuals to join our team. No prior experience necessary, equipment training is provided.

Responsibilities:

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed, on/off) Feed raw material to semi-automated machines Fix minor issues that might occur during the shift (e.g. wrapper paper tracking) Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws & report to manager Maintain activity logs Follow good manufacturing practices and health department regulations at all times Keep the pace required to have production complete each day

Qualifications:

Understanding of production procedures Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear) Attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina and strength (on feet for your shift) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 40 lb or more regularly

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 3:30 PM or 5 PM (working up to 5pm during peak season for holiday production mid-end of October - December)

THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION

START DATE: end of September 2025

END DATE: end of March 2026

Employees must work five days/week
