Present a professional, confident & enthusiastic rapport with our customers.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls while still ensuring the quality of your customer service with accuracy & efficiency.
Entering orders into our order processing software.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent & accurate data entry skills
Ability to multi task & prioritize assignments
Customer experience preferred
