We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Associate to join our retail team. Duties

Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and cash handling Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is well-organized and attractive through merchandising and stocking activities Conduct product demos when applicable to promote items and enhance customer engagement Support sales efforts through upselling and suggestive selling techniques Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper display of products Supervise or assist in supervising other team members as needed Handle cashiering responsibilities including processing payments accurately and managing returns Communicate effectively with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment

Requirements

Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are a plus Experience with POS systems, upselling, merchandising, and stock management is desirable Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash handling accuracy Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends if necessary

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
