As a Seasonal, Associate Project Manager within H&R Block's Global Consumer Tax Product team, you'll play a key supporting role in advancing one of our core products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring new, client-centered features to life, ensuring we continue to deliver best-in-class experiences that meet evolving client needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, organization, and turning insights into actionable plans that make a real impact on the client journey.

Day to day, you'll...

Support the product team in managing key project milestones, deliverables, and timelines Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends within the industry Assist in translating research findings into recommendations that enhance product features and the overall client experience Collaborate with design, product management, and strategy teams to ensure client-focused insights are reflected in project execution Help coordinate communications, documentation, and reporting across teams to keep projects on track Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for new feature development and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll bring to the team...:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Work Experience:Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail An analytical mindset and enthusiasm for research, discovery, and problem-solving Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Curiosity about client experience and passion for bringing ideas to life through thoughtful project execution Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
