As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during our busiest times of the year. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment for our customers while ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed. You'll engage with customers, assist with their needs, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll do

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers find the best Sales Associate to find the perfect gift. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing change as needed. Support merchandising efforts by ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked, enhancing the shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to make informed purchasing decisions. Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies. Help complete purchases, by gift wrapping final purchases for customers. Help our full-time staff with running errands during our busiest time. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as necessary.

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
