We are seeking
experienced 1099 contractors
to assist with seasonal short-term rental (STR) turnovers in the Lutsen area. This opportunity is ideal for independent cleaners who want flexible scheduling, flat-rate compensation, and the ability to choose the assignments they accept.

Scope of Work (Contract Opportunities):
Contractors may be offered turnover assignments that include completing the final cleaning and reset of vacation rental homes between guest stays. This typically involves:
Preparing all interior spaces for the next guest arrival
Managing laundry and staging of linens (when included in the assignment)
Restocking amenities provided by the client
Using checklists as a reference for expected final results
Notifying the client of maintenance issues or damages
Contractors determine their own methods and processes for completing the work, as long as the final turnover meets the client's expected outcome.
Contractors are free to accept or decline any offered assignment.
Compensation:
Flat-rate pay per completed turnover
(varies by size and scope of property)
Additional compensation opportunities for same-day turnovers or deep clean projects
Weekly payouts for completed and approved assignments
This is not hourly work.
Supplies & Equipment (Contractor Responsibility):
As independent contractors, individuals must provide their own:
Cleaning supplies
Tools or equipment needed to complete the work
Transportation to and from assignments
We are a bleach-free company.
Contractors must use cleaning products that align with this requirement.
Contractors are responsible for managing their own expenses and taxes.

Experience with STR, Airbnb, VRBO, or hotel turnovers
Ability to independently manage workload and timelines
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for receiving assignment details
Availability during weekends and holidays (high-demand periods)
