Our family owned and operated screen printing and embroidery company is seeking an energetic, hard working candidate to become our newest entry level printing team member! Basic screen printing experience is preferred and we will train. Looking for applicants for full time work (40hrs/week) during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Overtime is available during our busy seasons.

Pay rate is based on an applicant's level of screen printing experience.

This job is a fast paced position - Must be able to stand and move while working during the full duration of a shift in a warehouse setting.

Must possess a basic knowledge of screen printing, working with inks, using a printing press etc.

Responsibilities of the position include:

Operating a screen printing press Learning and retaining printing skills/knowledge Set up and operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various materials. Review work orders to ensure accurate production according to customer specifications Accurately printing garments to specifications noted on work orders Producing quality printed goods and meeting due dates to meet production demand Maintain equipment/workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment and keeping a neat, orderly work area

Requirements

1-3 years proven experience in screen printing or a related field is strongly preferred. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production needs.
