This role involves overseeing the development and management of scientific products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, product requirement development, and stakeholder management, with a focus on scientific software and application development.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis
• 7 years of product management experience in with Pharmaceutical clients
• Proven experience in agile development
• Working knowledge of software product development and cloud technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced user of Jira and Confluence
• Background in scientific software and application development (e.g., chemistry, protein, omics)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with stakeholder engagement strategies
• Ability to analyze business processes and customer needs
• Experience in documenting product knowledge and business processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Document existing product knowledge including use cases and technical specifications
• Analyze the current product landscape and propose transformation strategies
• Develop and deliver product requirement documents
• Manage business stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication
• Participate in planning sessions, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
