The Scientific Account Associate to will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment engaging customers in a meaningful way to drive business growth. Leadership will be invested in your success and will provide comprehensive training and mentoring from industry experts. Responsibilities



Learn the nuances of different industries and engage diverse industry professionals in a meaningful way to add value and advance relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities in the scientific field. Build relationships with existing customers through phone and digital outreach. Identify and qualify new leads to expand our customer base Respond to inbound inquiries--product info, literature, samples, and more Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services, fostering engagement and interest. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing client data to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences in the scientific community. Conduct market surveys to support sales and marketing initiatives Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating how they meet client needs. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business development.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in a science field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering preferred) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with clients and team members. Solid time management and organizational habits Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A positive, proactive mindset and strong work ethic Natural curiosity and a drive to learn and grow Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions effectively. Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within teams while driving results independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,500.00 per year
