SCIENCE INSTRUCTOR Full-time, 9-month JOB DESCRIPTION: Dakota College at Bottineau is seeking an instructor to teach science courses to undergraduate students in A.S. and A.A.S. degree programs. Advising students, curriculum development, outcomes assessment, institutional committee work, program promotion, distance delivery of coursework, and community service and outreach are inherent to the position. Potential part time lab manager could be part of this position. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in biology, sciences, or a closely related field. Successful teaching experience at the secondary or college level or equivalent professional experience. QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Doctorate degree in biology, sciences, or closely related field and experience teaching college-level courses. Experience in any of the following areas: biology, plant sciences, horticulture, fisheries and wildlife sciences, natural resources, ecology, zoology, soil sciences, range management, UAS, or other science related fields. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Successful applicant will be required to pass a criminal history background investigation prior to employment. SALARY: $45,000-$50,000.
