Join Our Family as a School Van Driver!

Are you a responsible and caring individual with a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of children? Our small, family-run company is seeking dedicated School Van Drivers to join our team and become an integral part of our close-knit community.

Compensation:

Advertised pay listed is for minimal experience. Pay rate may be negotiable, based off of experience, qualifications, work ethic, commitment, and willingness to help out during peak operating seasons.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport students to and from school on scheduled routes. Ensure the safety and comfort of students during their commute. Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure a safe journey. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications:

Valid MA 7D School Pupil Transport Certificate or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements. Clean driving record and background check. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and patient in various situations. Genuine concern for the safety and well-being of students.
