Job Description
SAU 23 is comprised of 5 small towns and villages along the Connecticut River in the beautiful Upper Valley and Mt. Moosilauke area. We have a full-time opening for a school social worker for the remaining 2025-26 school year. Certification in school social work or the ability to obtain required.
Responsibilities for School Social Worker:
Promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student needs.
Implement comprehensive school social work services to students, parents, and staff, addressing barriers that limit a student from accessing their full educational experience.
Respond to referrals by providing direct services and by assisting families in accessing appropriate community resources.
