Essential Functions:
1. Demonstrates understanding of child and emotional development.
2. Administers and interprets appropriate individual tests to help determine specific needs of students.
3. Participates in developing plans designed to meet individual needs of students.
4. Assists in development of goals and strategies for educational improvement.
5. Ensures that district guidelines are fo lowed in fidelity.
6. Ensures that all activities adhere to the professional standards and ethical code for the school psychologist.
7. Communicates effectively with all members of the school district and community.
8. Works effectively with community organizations and outside agencies.
9. Reacts to change productively and handles other tasks as assigned.
10. Supports the value of an education.
