About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet dietary guidelines and student preferences. Plan and develop seasonal menus that emphasize fresh, healthy ingredients. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain kitchen operations. Collaborate with staff to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a school or institutional setting. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of nutrition and food safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Creative mindset with a passion for cooking and food presentation. Flexibility to adapt menus based on seasonal availability. Background check and health certifications required.
