$10,000 Bonus!

Job Summary:



Are you an experienced behavioral health professional passionate about supporting students, families, and clinicians in a school-based setting? Join our team as a

School-Based Team Leader

and help shape the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, staff supervision, and operational leadership to ensure effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for students and families.



Our ideal candidate has advanced clinical knowledge, strong supervisory skills, and a collaborative approach to building relationships across schools, families, and community providers. This position offers the opportunity to combine direct clinical care with program development and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong partnerships with schools, agencies, and community providers.

Lead clinical staff meetings and team consultations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for staff.

Maintain direct clinical hours through individual, family, and group therapy.

Oversee program operations, fiscal planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Respond to crises and ensure timely incident reporting.

Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:



Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or closely related field. Active Indiana license as a Clinical Social Worker, Counselor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Physician with specialized training in behavioral health. At least three (3) years of professional experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment. Preferred - One (1) year or more supervisory experience in clinical or behavioral health services.

Additional Qualifications:



Thorough knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based interventions. Strong supervisory, coaching, and staff development skills. Skilled in compliance monitoring, record review, and quality improvement. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, families, and community stakeholders.
