About the Role:

As our Assistant Director, you'll be the right hand to the Director -- helping oversee day-to-day operations, support staff, and ensure our children are safe, engaged, and growing every day. You'll assist in curriculum implementation, help manage schedules and records, maintain regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with both families and team members.

What You'll Do:

Support the daily operation and management of the school Assist in implementing curriculum and ensuring compliance with state regulations Supervise and mentor staff in a positive, team-focused environment Maintain accurate administrative records, including attendance and scheduling Communicate with parents and guardians with professionalism and care Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

You're a Perfect Fit If:

You are at least 18 years old You have a High School Diploma or GED + CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is a strong plus
+ You have accrued 1+ years of experience in a licensed childcare facility, including administrative tasks
You possess current CPR and First Aid certifications You're able to pass a background check You're available to work a rotating shift between 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday
