At British Swim School, we don't just teach fun survival and swim lessons. As a member of our team you are genuinely a life-saving role model. We focus on quality rather than quantity. We build lasting relationships with students and care about everything we do. This is demonstrated in part by being a founder of Hope Floats: a non-profit that provides scholarships to students in our community who normally cannot afford quality survival lessons. Join us as we work to stop drowning from being the leading cause of death in children under 5 and get rid of the stigma that exists with adults who don't know how to swim. Be part of a team that actually wants to be at work.
Working at British Swim School You Will Notice That...
This is not the typical aquatic job. While we have the enthusiastic and bonding culture everyone is looking for, we are also professional and take the lessons we provide seriously. If you're here, you're part of the best.
You are not an aquatic babysitter - you are an empowered mentor.
Your employer has your back and sets you up for success with thorough and culture-centered training, transparent feedback, and supporting your ideas.
You will not be forgotten. Recognition for your efforts and consistency will always be applauded and rewarded.
Don't worry, we'll train you. So, you don't need a competitive swimming background to be here. This opportunity is primarily about excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and not about swimming laps up and down a pool.
